CHICAGO (October 15, 2012) – Skeleton Bathtub Billy will no longer relax in his tub just on posters. Soon he will also protect iPads 2 and 3 due to the launch of a new product line by CyberINK, well-known for its quirky Skeleton-themed products sold in museums, bookstores and online.

Joining Bathtub Billy in the new product line is the Swimmer Skeleton on iPads. On iPhone 5 will be Ear Phone Eddy, whose skull shakes with the music, and Skateboarder Skeleton. Pre-orders will start next week and the products should be available in November.

“Our younger customers asked us for products for smart phones, tablets and laptops,” said Jean Latz Griffin, owner of CyberINK. “So we decided to go forward and held a contest on our skeletons3among3.us blog to select the images. The campaign was tweeted by @Lucy_of_Hadar and these four were clear winners.”

In addition to the new line, CyberINK will focus on its Snowy Village items as top sellers for the Holiday season. A stunning winter scene of skeletons strolling home from work with briefcases, holding hands and walking a dog are top sellers on CyberINK’s posters and  water bottles. A special combining the two will run from Halloween to New Years Day.

CyberINK plans to add skins for other types of smartphones and tablets, sleeves or pouches for laptops and cases for smartphones in the near future. Its current line includes mugs, environmentally friendly water bottles, posters and mouse pads.

“We are encouraging the repurposing of our mouse pads, which show a group of skeletons with laptops and briefcases holding a meetings, and have been sliding in sales a bit with the growth of the very laptops shown on the mouse pad,” Griffin said. “Think coasters, protective pads for items that might scratch tables, attractive bottoms for vases.”

CyberINK’s skeleton products are sold in bookstores and museums across the country, often in conjunction with a Body World exhibit. The products are also available on www.cyberinkonline.com and posters are available on amazon.com and coming soon on tanga.com.
